The experience: You'll watch award-winning chefs prepare sushi with fish caught just hours before in the Sea of Japan, or Bungo beef cooked to perfection. Each dish is served in hand-lacquered bento boxes and paired with premium sakes that are hard to find outside of Kyushu.
